Too late for that mate, I've already had the motor out several times, and I adjusted the battery mounts as per the RIB alignment pdf to make sure my battery didn't fly out while riding. If that's my warranty gone (which I strongly doubt) then so be itI would take it to your Trek dealer or lbs as I would imagine warranty issues could arise if you messed with the motor or battery mounts.
