Levo Gen 3 My first levo repair: broken remote

My minus button stopped working so i just ordered a new remote at my LBS, which estimated a week for the part to come in. I've crashed a few times on the bike and the remote has noticeable damage from one of them as you can see in the pic. However, the minus button only started being non responsive after a long car ride as I'm pretty sure it was working fine on my last ride. I'm assuming dirt is in there and/or the bike rack rattling on the long car ride messed it up. Annoying, but rideable and better than breaking the plus button! Let me know if you've run into a similar issue.

Yep, the '+' button on mine also stopped working. No crashes on mine though, just failed to change the setting. Fairly quick turn around at my LBS once the claim was submitted.

Likewise, Specialized has the part in stock at the local store. It appears to be a "thing."
