Missing dust cap on one connector

Hi, i needed to remove the bash guard on my Trek Rail to check the motor bolts for tightness due to creaking noise, anyway, as i did that i noticed that the empty connector in the motor for the rear light (which i don't have) is lacking a rubber grommet cover. Not really an issue as i don't have lights connected, however i would have expected it to have a cover. Anyone else noticed one missing ?
