Levo SL Gen 1 Levo SL issues already

Has anyone else had our heard of this issue?

First I noticed if I spun the cranks backwards it would spin the chain back. I was lubing the chain at the time so I thought it was handy

Now this.... When I stop pedalling the chain ring keeps spinning, so it doesn't free wheel. Go over any tiny bump (smaller than curb) spits the chain off i guess because of no tension but still spinning.

Also noticed the walk assist will start for a second then stop, whereas previously it would continue to go.

Just the other day I told a customer...I hope this bike is more reliable than my previous levo.

With walk assist, I’ve found that you won’t feel it do much unless you’ve got the bike in a sensible gear such that the rate of rotation of the cranks in walk assist mode actually helps push the bike along.
