Hi all, during the last 2 ride my LEVO FSR 2018 just stops with providing any assistance with battery levels over 50% and in eco mode 30%, when this happens I can not change the assistance level. As I heard about the overheating safety kicking in. I turned off the battery and after about 15min riding all works again.
So far I only had this once with my old motor after a heavy climb at 100% and leaving the bike in the sun which I could imagine activates the overheating switch.
The new engine is having barely 400km, would it be the battery ( as the assistance is not changing either?). Anyone any suggestion what could be the cause?
I am leaving on a 3 day MTB tour next friday and would like to avoid this happening again.
