Anyone running a 2.6" in the rear on the Rise? I accidentally mounted a Rekon 2.6" and it seems to fit perfectly, with room to spare.

I too put the stock 2.6 Rekon on the rear, with 29mm rims, and it fit fine. That's a pretty balloony tire too, other 2.6's tend to be smaller.

ridden in gritty mud yet? Any wear on the inside of the chainstays?
Not ridden anywhere yet - yesterday was new bike day! I’ve Invisiframed it so that area should be protected but I’ll keep an eye on it anyway - my last 4 non-E bikes have been Evils and they’ve all had really tight clearance so I’m sort of used to it!

I squeezed a 2.6 DHR in and rode it a few times dry. I would say it would be fine in the mud, but not tested, I couldn't resist a pair of skinwall Hans Damphs and changed them out early on. I can say I ran fairly low pressures and never experienced any rub on hard cornering etc..They looked good.
