Hi all, So near the end of my ride today I watched the remaining battery percentage on the Kiox display go from 22% down to 12% as I peddled , all normal. Set off again with 2/3 miles to get back to base then all of a sudden the motor stoped all assistance. No error codes came up, however the battery display was red with a exclamation mark in it. I Pedalled the last couple of miles home unassisted, when I got back i plugged it on to the charger and the display said that I had 10% of battery remaining in it. Has anyone had this issue before is it a connection problem or something else that I missing? I have aligned the battery mounts etc, the Kiox is a replacement to the purion that came with the bike. Thanks for any help!
