Kenevo Gen1 Kenevo power surging under load.

Hi all

After a bit of help on my Kenevo if possible and wondered if anyone had similar issue.

Been trouble free for 500km, but tonight I am getting a surging on the assistance in all modes. Feels like there is no constant power more like it’s on and off very quickly. You can actually hear the motor humming differently likes it’s on and off.

I’ve noticed a bit of muck on the rear magnet so cleaned that but no better. Anyone had similar issues ?
