Handy that Focus thought ahead on that one. The CEF50 frame (which your 2022 should be) has optional cable routing holes in the side of the head tube, so you're not stuck with ICR if you don't want it.
The swap itself is straightforward: route your cables out through the side holes instead of through the headset, then fit a standard upper bearing in place of the ICR unit. Worth noting that the CEF50 changed bearing sizes at some point — the older ICR upper is 52mm OD x 40mm ID, the newer version is 52mm OD x 42mm ID — so double-check which you have before ordering a replacement.
One thing to be aware of: the stock headset bearings on these frames are not brilliant quality. While you're in there, it's worth upgrading to stainless replacements rather than going like-for-like. Cheap insurance given how much moisture gets in around the headtube.
If you want to keep ICR but just sort out the bearings, the EasyBikeParts IS52 ICR upper headset is a popular drop-in that keeps cables routed internally without the plastic-core issues of the OEM unit.
