Hi all,
A quick introduction...
After being out of 'mountain biking' for a few years having had an operation I have just bought a 2018 Specialized Levo HT 6fattie comp in the January sales.
Due to the nature of the operation I had I now need to avoid excessively high heart rates (over 180 bpm) which I thought would rule out mountain biking as some of the climbs on my local trails are killers! After some research and a couple of test rides I bought the Specialized. The Levo has allowed me to breeze up these climbs and enjoy the descents even more! I am now looking forward to putting some miles in and getting my fitness back.
I was in Rivington (near Bolton, Lancashire) last week and took the picture below.
cheers,
Ryan
