Hi all I own a E-bike business we offer repairs to E-Bikes, Battery Packs, Motors and more please contact me for any help etc.

Not an easy one, the pack will be totally useless if it ever looses all power, You can only try and keep it powered by removing the cells whilst keeping the pack bms live with a bench supply. To be honest i've seen limited success with the newer packs they do become a non viable repair, Sometimes they just need a rebalance of the cells. Do you have a faulty pack?

I would say being fully honest an 8 year old pack is probably not worth the re-cell costs the BMS will die at any point you wont see another 8 years out of a re-celled pack. Its only worth doing on packs just out of warranty or a couple of years out or so.

Yep only 300w on the shelf, I can take a look at it and see if its worth while but can't gurantee a successful repair till its here and a recell has been attempted we don't charge if we can't repair.
