I’m stuck. Has anyone here installed a speed box on a shimano e7000.
We bought a speedbox 1.2 for an e7000 from a store called bikeinn. That speedbox wasn’t working and after throwing some emails back and forth with the speedbox rep, we concluded it was faulty. So we sent the chip back for a refund and bought the next one through the speedbox b2b.
I’m positive the second speedbox is installed correctly since I can connect it to the app and see the speeds and different stats, BUT IT STILL DOESNT ASSIST PAST 25kmph. I feel like I’m banging my head against a wall.
I’ve ironed out as many possibilities I can think of. Quadruple checked it’s installed properly. Had it plugged into diagnostic and manually turned the light off (lights on=speedbox off, lights off=sspeedbox on(this is how you activate it))
Has anyone had success chipping an e7000, if so what chip and did you run into any issues.
