Hello everyone. After many years mtb’ing I’ve just bought my first E-Bike in the shape of a Vitus E-Sentier. At 55 and carrying various broken bits that make analog bikes a sufferfest I’ve taken the plunge.
The bike turned up from CRC yesterday in a totally destroyed box upside down in the back of a van. It looked so bad the driver looked embarrassed to deliver it but surprisingly on unpacking was all in one piece barring a scrape on the steerer top cap and even more surprising was everything was present and correct and after a short blast round it seems set up well so I’m happy! Its also got a newer motor and bigger battery than the specs on crc list so bonus!
I’ve got at least half a dozen top caps in the garage so I’ll let it slide and count my lucky chickens everything else is ok.
