I'm new to e mtn bikes, but have been mountain biking on push bikes for 30 years in this great area for technical steep single track. I recently bought an Orbea Rise M10 and love it, that is if I can get EThirteen to step up and send my bike shop or me a replacement pre load cap for my left side crank arm that loosened, came out and got lost. Ethirteen has a TSB out on the issue, but say on their website that might take up to 5 days to respond to warranty issues. Covid is an excuse for everything these days - and really for their cranks on a $8,600 bike? Wondering why Orbea didn't just use all Shimano gear in such a critical area?
