Haibike parts drawings?

Hello all..how and where do you guys Identify what part you need and where do you order from?just been trying to find any documents on the Haibike site,or it it a case of asking your local haibike dealer? It’s ok looking into everything before I click the buy button

Most parts arn't actually Haibike and they use a brand XLC for some components, what are you after? The Rayleigh site lists some spares but there's no images that I can remember.
