Haibike Creaking, I have ticked off a few elements to try and source the issue. Yesterday, I removed and clean motor cover and greased all screw and bolts. Removed both crank arms and cleaned them up and seals cleaned.

Removed both pedals and re greased them,

Regreased bearing in the headset

Removed and cleaned the self locking nuts in crank arms

checked both front and back suspension

Checked regreased all motor bolts and torqued

Removed all seating fixing and cleaned and tigetned up

STILL have haibike creaking, Iv worked out its coming from the left had side of the motor only when pressure is applied. If i just pedal with one leg on right bike is silent. If left.. creaky creaky.

Only thing i have not looked at is the side cover near motor. If anyone has any other ideas please let me know and I will look into it before making a video for Haibike (Raleigh) to look at.

Cheers. Andy.

I have a major creaking issue exactly the same noise as yours and just as disturbingly loud. Bike in the shop the 2nd time. Other similar Bosch creaking issues appearing. I have Cannondale Moterra
Check out this thread, where I explain my situation:

How many kms have you done?

Good afternoon. I'm new in this forum and this is my first time in a forum like this too. I have bought a All Mountain 6 in the Canary Islands and now I'm moving to live in Norway for a time. I'm not able to fly with the battery and I'm not able to buy a battery in Norway (Yamaha Intube 600Wh) There is any body who could help to find a dealer in Europe who could deliver the battery for me in my house in Norway?

Thank you very much,

BTW - my creak was resolved when I tighten down with the battery mounts

Have you tried the seatpost ??
I hate creaky bikes , so annoying ! My zebs creak and now I also think the motor bushes are creaking on the kenevo .
A loose chainring bolt can cause a creak on one side too ?

Your bike is probably from carbon?
My brother has the same issue on his race bike.
Been to plenty of bikeshops, all in all they all say it's the frame that cracking. When hé put force on the pedals the noice get louder

I'm just a newbie at this game but it seems to me that alot of these creaking problems are related to carbon frames,I'm not totally convinced about carbon over aluminium .as for the weight saving , I can't see that as being all that significant. Il stick with aluminium for now.

Hi,

You can try in Spain, Hobby Bike [email protected]. They are Haibike distributor.
Please ask for Pablo the boss. They send everywhere.
Tell him I gave you the contact. My name is Joan and I take this opportunity to introduce myself. I come from Barcelona and I'm enduro rider.
