Giant talon E+ battery querie

Hey all just wondering im new too the ebikes so i have the giant evo display which shows battery level and ive been using my bike too work and back which is 4 miles a day for 4 days so total of 16miles . I use sport mode now and then and mostly normal mode but from full charge its pretty much empty after these 4 days is that normal .

Also i noticed today the display showed 60% but when i pressed on battery that had 4 lights so am i correct that says 80% im unsure which is right

If your battery has 5 lights then the 5th light shows that you have between 80-100%, 4th is 60-79% etc...
The display with the actual percentage is the more accurate reading.
You can check/compare with the mobile app as well.
