Must be a solution, surelyYeah I've never been able to get mine too work so I just don't bother anymore
It’s a function Specialized are advertising, just want it to work.I honestly don't get the need for such a wealth on info on a screen for an ebike in use. Yeah I guess I can possibly see guys downloading it after the ride and analysing the data for their own personal reasons (whatever they may be) but in use....Can I ask why you want the gears displayed?
Battery level....mode and maybe a clock. IMO that's all that's needed.
I’ve uploaded the new software, that’s all I’ve done. The bike lock function worked straight away, haven’t done anything elseHave you connected the mech to the TCU?
That’s why it isn’t working then…I’ve uploaded the new software, that’s all I’ve done. The bike lock function worked straight away, haven’t done anything else
Thanks very much, I will have a crack at that later on.That’s why it isn’t working then…
1. Turn on bike
2. Enter setup menu of MasterMind display (keep +/- buttons on remote pressed)
3. Navigate to: Sensors / Pair ANT / Shifting
4. Confirm "Shifting" with F1 remote button
5. Press AXS rear derailleur button once to pair RD to MasterMind TCU
6. Make sure pairing to AXS is confirmed on MasterMind display
7. Open Mission Control and connect to bike
8. Go to TUNE and CUSTOMIZE DISPLAY
9. Create AXS display field to see AXS data on MasterMind display
I gave up after trying the above many many timesThanks very much, I will have a crack at that later on.
Tried several times and can’t get TCU to find AXS. Am I right in thinking a long press on AXS button to get blinking green light makes it Bluetooth visible ?Worked first time for me.
I’ll give it ago,There is another thread on this and some people who've had a problem pairing have found that removing the derailleur and then holding it next to the TCU for pairing gets around the problem. In some environments possibly there's interference.
You can put it back to ride .....

Had to take off the AXS unit and put it next to the TCU for it to connect.Did mine also like described and it’s works simple as peace of cake
Trigger or derailleur?Had to take off the AXS unit and put it next to the TCU for it to connect.
Strange….but if you follow thes descriptions below it’s so easy done….Had to take off the AXS unit and put it next to the TCU for it to connect.
DerailleurTrigger or derailleur?
Did all that but the TCU wouldn’t find the derailleur. The other way worked for me, very happy with the update.Strange….but if you follow thes descriptions below it’s so easy done….

Moving the mech next to the TCU didn't work for me, but shifting back and forth as recommended by @MM5K worked fine. Go figure.I tried to pair many times, and it also kept failing. I did finally get it to work though - I just kept repeatedly shifting back and forth at the paddle while it was searching. Didn't have to remove the derailleur.
Me 2, just paired it and was very surprised at the uselessnessGot mine to work, shows the gear I'm in and the battery charge...
the problem however is it shows 100% until it doesn't .... so went from 100% to Low battery warning (20%) nothing in-between .
It;s either too hard or too easy, IDK why people need numbers, and I doubt anyone racing has time to look at a screenCan I ask why you want the gears displayed?
