Frozen EP8 motor

I have a EP8 motor on a e-tandem. It was working perfectly for the last 2 months and now I can't turn the cranks that are attached to the motor shaft. Has anyone experienced this problem and what did you do about it?

I have a EP8 motor on a e-tandem. It was working perfectly for the last 2 months and now I can't turn the cranks that are attached to the motor shaft. Has anyone experienced this problem and what did you do about it?

My problem was solved by Todd Shusterman from da Vinci bikes. When I detensioned the timing chain to remove the intermediate shaft on my da Vinci Symbiosis, I left the chain tensioner bolts loose and the bolt heads were hitting the spider and literally froze the cranks. After tightening the tensioner bolts, the motor spins like new!!
