Frame Warranty query; 2020 Giant e reign pro broken frame linkage to chainstay.

Hi I have a 2020 Giant e reign pro and broke sides of the frame linkage to chainstay landing a jump. Thankfully no crash just a loud KA-BOOM noise and came to a stop.

Does anyone know if this part of the bike is considered The Frame for warranty purposes?

ps yes cable tied it together to walk it out of the track.

I'm pretty sure this is classed as a Suspension part and only has a 12 month warranty...
I could be wrong but that must have been one hell of a landing!
