Levo Gen 3 Fox Float X2 Settings on 2022

After getting a "new" 2022 Float Factory X2 from JensonUSA I couldn't get it down to 30% sag (16mm). Everything from 250 PSI up to 300 PSI (with the obligatory slow pump to equalize +/- air) resulted in 19mm. I thought this was a little weird.

So, I called Fox to ask about this. The tech asked for the serial number, then went on to explain that they will replace any 2021-2023 X2 with a 2024 X2 (and offered to custom tune Compression, Rebound, and add Volume spacers for my weight).

I put the new shock back in the box and sent it to North Carolina for early retirement. They had the replacement in stock and expected a 3-5 day turnaround to work it into the queue. Should have it back next week.

There are some known issues with the damping circuit on the 2021-2023 models and for the price of a beer and a burger you can have a custom tuned 2024 model with many improvements. Search for X2 replacement threads here and on MTBR.com for details.

If you call Fox to set this up, navigate to the Bike department, the press 2 for Service.
If you press 1 you will get Sales and they won't offer the replacement. DAMHIK
