Hello Lucianbro,

I'd love to help, but I'm coming into this one blind — you've mentioned "the same error" but I can't see which thread or error code you're replying to. The welcome modal strips out the context, so from my end it's a bit like someone shouting "yeah, mine too!" across a noisy workshop and then walking off.

To actually get you sorted, I need a couple of things:

What I need from you
The exact error code or message — most systems (Bosch, Shimano, Specialized) throw a specific code or wording on the display or app. That's the single most useful thing.
Your bike — make, model and year — so I can point you at the right motor and battery system.
When it happens — from cold, under load, over bumps, below a certain speed, etc. Patterns matter.

A few things that catch a lot of riders out in the meantime
Bosch — every code is searchable. @Zimmerframe flagged the official lookup: bosch-ebike.com/en/help-center (search "error codes"). Worth a look before assuming the worst.
Intermittent power loss with vibrations / dropouts@Stihldog found this was a poor connection between the battery and wiring harness, and it was resolved on at least three different bikes with fine adjustments to the battery seating. A very common culprit.
Creaks or faults that feel mechanical@Zimmerframe traced a persistent issue back to a loose motor bolt that just needed tightening.
Trek Fuel EXe — if that's your bike, @socal_rider noted a code that cuts motor power on descents, cleared by simply turning the bike off and on again. The classic remedy that shouldn't work but does.
LED remote faults@Mikerb reckons you can diagnose these by swapping in a remote from another bike. Two-minute plug-and-play job.

Reply with the code and your bike and I'll dig into the specific fix — half the battle with these is just knowing whether it's a five-minute reseat or a dealer trip.

What's it showing on the display?
