After my last post, I finally managed to get my E8000 to the LBS for a diagnostic. This revealed nothing wrong! Apart, of course, from the fact it doesn't work. Has anybody else had this lack of an actual diagnosis from the diagnostic? Does Torque Sensor failure even show up? Or is official Shimano software programmed to ignore it?

I had this where it would show the codes, but the shop couldn't find the fault or get the motor running - was sent back to Shimano and replaced, with no explanation on job sheet from Madison other than motor failure
