EM800 screen upgrade on Nukeproof Megawatt

Hi, I have a 2023 Nukeproof Megawatt with an EP8 motor. It came with a SC-EN600 screen and a EW-SW310 as well as the left hand power switch. This setup didn't make much sense to me partly because it doesn't have bluetooth even though Nukeproof said it did but also because it didn't have a third button to "select" things on the screen.

Hotlines have kindly sent me a replacement screen, an EM800, but plugging it in and it doesn't "just work" which was essentially what they said would happen.

Any help on getting the upgrade from an SC-EN600 to EM800 working?
