Pre ordered the voldpseed 3 (pw-x3) a few weeks ago, said Feb delivery, so i wait.

Past few days they show Stock on the shop site for these so i wonder why they have not sent mine and ignore my emails asking about this.

Anyone any idea's ?

Its a Haibike allmtn 10..
Giant chips for pw-x3 do not work in it..
is a chip for yamaha pw-x3 (what i have ordered)
is a chip for Giant Pw-x3

Looking like the New Volspeed 3 is not compatible with my Interface X

ive pm'ed Ebiketuner, hoping to hear a yes it is but according to volspeed web page its not

its shows compatible with all the Displays but not the new ones(interface x) for a px-x3 makes no sense to me..

Update:

Ignored the emails and the site help page and just sent the chip lol
