Hi, anyone else been experiencing that the di2 cable won't snap in? I use the supplied plug tool (TL-EW02), but my di2 cable from the speed sensor (SM-DUE10) won't snap in. I have tried with a new cable, same issue, so I have reason to believe it's the E8000 connector that is acting up, and yes I have tried removing any dirt that might have found its way into the E8000 connector.

The only ref. that I have found so far is this thread DI2 Front Derailleur connection problem - BikeRadar Forum

I've got the same issue. LBS cleaned the plug socket and slightly crushed where the inner connection ring inside the plug is located so that it would grab.... it seems to have worked. Still doesn't click but grabs and is not easily dislodged (before it was loose and easily dislodged). It appears to be a motor plug problem as I have had other Di2 plugs inserted into my motor (for firmware changes) and they didn't click either. Also, from the above posts, others seem to be have the same issue as well.
