Hi all. What are you all using as your bottle solution for the 2021 E-Sommet? I'm thinking of a Fidlock but not sure if the large bottle will fit? Are there any other solutions which are better? Post your pics / solutions please?

If you go onto fidlock site you can download a cutout of the bottle to size it up.
There's a thread on here stating only the small bottle will fit

Thanks for the reply. Was the sizing thread in relation to the new esommet with the internal battery?

You can fit a 590ml Fidlock in a large frame and it doesn't foul the underside of the top tube even though it looks like it in the picture.

I just knocked up this bracket, which allows me to fit a 620ml bottle in a Spesh Zee cage, into a small frame. I know it looks like it's contacting the shock, but that's just the angle the pic was taken at, there's around 3-5mm clearance. I just put a bit of heli-tape on the underside of the top tube, to stop it rubbing. The down tube strap is for the battery door, nothing to do with the bracket or cage.

Are bottles back in now ?, i thought it was camelbak systems that were the go to for hydration solutions. Lives in your backpack, fed by a tube, not prone to contamination from god alone knows what.
And theres little enough room in the triangle for most outwith L or XL.(On many bikes)

Camelbak for longer rides, every time, but it's nice to be able to ride without a pack for the odd quick 1-2hr sesh. The bottle has a cap, to keep the crud out, it just isn't on in the photo.
