Diamond back ranger 2

Bought this bike 3 years ago and have to say at 2.5k it was an absolute bargain. Shimano e8000 full suspension e bike best thing ive bought anybody else have experience ofthe diamond back bikes

The frame used by Diamondback for the ranger is made by Astro (one of the biggest frame factories in Taiwan), and has been used by a few companies including KHS and Willier. It’s also the same frame that Shimano used for the press launch of the E8000.

it’s a great frame, and rides really well, I wish I had grabbbed one when they where available at bargain prices. It may not be as slick as the latest offerings, but the geomt, weigh placement and handling is spot on. Astro also make the frames for Mondraker amongst others, and the rear suspension design is very similar.

Its served my purpose got me back into riding ready for a change now but the bike has been 100% reliable and more than capable
