Has anyone done cycle to work scheme on a commencal bike, looking to get the 2021 meta power ebike, I've asked a couple different uk dealers and both said they would have to add 10% and 15% onto the price, thanks

Not a commencal but experienced similar with my levo.

cycle scheme take a 10% cut apparently which obviously eats into profits.

given they can sell them so fast such is demand at the moment it puts the dealers in the driving seat on this one.

I done a deal with my LBS and split the £550 add on 50/50 as I’d already got my certificate and couldn’t be bothered to wait for another application.

In turn they offered free servicing on the bike as long as I own it. Other shops my do this I don’t know but it cushioned the blow in my man maths head ?

They have also been brilliant every time I’ve ever gone back for anything.

So I’m happy we came to an agreement on this as they had the bike in size I wanted, locally and were great throughout.
