Cube 500 eBike -moving to gravel tyres?

My Cube hybrid 500 currently has MTB tyres, but I'm finding 99% of my riding is road and hard cycle paths (the odd muddy puddle). I think it would be more efficient to move to a more road-oriented gravel tyre, but there are so many to choose from!

Any recommendations please? I'm looking at a mid-range budget, £30-£40 per tyre.
