Crank Removal tool

Hi there I have a Giant e Bike with the yamaha PW x2 i think. I am sending it away for service but cannot get the cranks removed. The allen screw has come out easily but do i need to buy a special puller to get the cranks off so I can access all the screws to remove the motor. Happy to buy one just need to know the correct one please. Thanks in advance. Owen

Praxis cranks do have an integrated puller and don't need a special tool.

The allen screw has come out easily

Sounds like you have removed the larger diameter screw. This one is necessary to hold against the smaller screw when you dismount the cranks. Only the smaller screw needs to be turned with some force.
