Converting hardtail frame for belt drive - EU

Greetings fellow ebikesters,

Does anyone in their knowledge know of a shop or a person in Europe (preferably near Denmark) that can modify a hardtail frame for belt drive? Like make a split and horizontal dropouts?

For a frame similar to the one below attached

I would appreciate it a lot! Thanks!
