Commencal ebike support in the uk

Hi I'm thinking of buying a 2nd hand 2019 meta power 27 in the UK. As it's 2nd hand the warranty is not transferable, so I'm just wondering where I could take the bike to get looked at if there was a problem with the motor, battery, electrics? Is it just a trip to the local bike shop who sell other ebikes and hope they can help? Thanks

You can take it to your local Shimano Steps service centre for any issues. Most large LBS's tend to be Service Centres.
