Coil suspension set up help

Got a new stilus big mountain Z1 coil 170mm front and CR coil 170 mm rear

I am 110kg so looks like I need the yellow extra firm for the front

But no idea what I need for the rear current spring is 450 x 2.8

People seem to recommend cane creek progressive.

Any ideas or recommendations for a good experienced shop to contact.

I am based near Exeter Devon.

A progressive or not spring will depend on the kinematics of your frame I think.

Sprindex - adjust your suspension's coil spring rate here can you find some help. I´m 105kg with the gear and i bought the one with 540-610lb/in.
Then you have found your value can you buy the one that you like ride with. I´m gonna ride mine as long as that plastic adjuster doesn´t break. I don´t know about dealers on your island. Good luck!
