The 2020 Turbo Levo runs the Brose 2.2 motor, and sprag clutch failure is unfortunately one of that motor's signature party tricks. The good news is it's repairable. The less good news is that "repairable" and "DIY-friendly" aren't always the same thing.

The Brose motor can be opened up, and the sprag clutch replaced as part of a belt kit service. There's a replacement belt kit including seals and sprag clutch available from pro-cycling-golla.de for around €89.90, which is a reasonable starting point for parts. @Bearing Man notes that sprag clutch issues in the 2021/22 Brose motors have been addressed in newer production, so a replacement clutch should be a genuine fix rather than a temporary reprieve.

Water ingress is the primary culprit on the Brose 2.2, so if you're opening the motor up it's worth inspecting seals carefully and replacing anything that looks tired while you're in there. A clacking noise on the way to failure is pretty typical with these.
