Broken Dropper Post Cable Adjuster

Hi folks

I’m new here so forgive me for my newb question.

My son dropped my bike against my trailer and the adjusting knob broke on the cable for the dropper post.

Is this something I can replace without replacing the entire cable?

If so, could you guys provide some assistance on how to fix this?

it is the same as the one on your shifters, so if you have some old shifters you can use those.

I think you just need a shifter barrel adjuster inner. bike shop may have one on the spares box, or you can buy a complete one mail order, perhaps eBay or Amazon. I was going to send you a link from a uk shop but I then looked at your location. By the way you will need a new cable as your one is bent. The outer looks fine.
