I have an Scott genius 730 plus from 2017... Have like 1000km on it.
Yesterday i was out riding when something happend. Out of nowhere the motor would not engage and give me any assist what so ever. Battery is charge, no code on display.
I can still pedal the bike normally but inget no assist.
When i pedal i can here the motor whining.. Its maybe a brighter whining than im used to.
We opened the motor because i thought it would be something obvious but i i dont se anything wrong and there are no weird sounds when i move the gears manually?
I dont see any wear on anything really and I do think everything moves pretty fine so im stuck.. Dont know what more to look for?
Here is a video.. I guess it looks like its loose beacuse the motor is not screwed together?
