Battery charging time

Good evening,

My battery of my canyon neuron on was totally flat today. For the first time.I did 60 Km with over 1000 meters climbing.
Is it normal that it takes over 8 hours to charge the battery?

Shimano list the E6002 charger as needing 7.5 hrs for a full charge on a 504Wh battery: EC-E6002

That's likely to be best-case, ideal scenario so I wouldn't be surprised at 8hrs.
