alternative to Bosch power buttons

Been swearing at my Bosch CX controller as it frequently changes 2 power modes at once especially when travelling bumpy terrain.
Loved the Shimano levers on my old Focus ... is there any way of swapping Bosch to levers or making the stock buttons more ergonomic?

try altering the angle of the mode changer on the bars. The more vertical you can get it the more positive the control on the buttons becomes.......same applies to the purion.
