Hi, this is my first post and hope everyone is ok.
I have a new Cube stereo 160 with the Bosch smart system, Kiox 300. I have seen some riders have removed the display and cradle.
I am thinking of doing this as I don’t really need the display and will use my phone if I have to do anything on the system, I just have a few questions to ask before I jump in and do it.
1. Has anyone experienced any problems after doing this ?
2. I think there’s a battery in the display and maybe the button housing ? will these eventually run flat as it won’t be getting charged from the battery/charger ?
Any other data input on this mod I would be very grateful.
