Bit of a late notice on this one as its only been decided 30 mins ago ..just myself & Jaco so far as The EMF is sunning himself in The Lakes (

10.30 am meet at the Trailhead which is in the centre of the village ..not really expecting anyone else but hey-ho ..ya never know ..

As it is persisting down at the moment ..I will be meeting myself at 12.00pm when it's supposed to have passed... ..unfortunately Jaco has bailed ..must be the start of him becoming a fair weather rider ..

Absolutely yonks since I've ridden the trails at Newcastleton ..and I've got to say the work that has been done there is spot on ..
I don't know the names of the sections but the new bermy bits are excellent ..in fact I did the whole of the top section twice ..( otherwise on an ebike it was going to be over way to soon ..)
Couldn't resist sending Jaco this pic ..for although it was wet & dirty not a drop of rain fell on my head and in fact the sun was splitting the trees at the end ..
