Just bought a Rail 5 in the USA. It came w/ a 500WH power tube battery 2A charger that works on 120V AC and takes 7+ hours to charge the battery when starting from one bar (nearly dead). I see Bosch makes 4A and 6A chargers that work with the 500+WH power tube batteries, but the only ones I can find to buy online require 240V AC (most of the world outside North America). Local dealer has no idea.

Does anyone know of a source for 120V AC 4/6A chargers, or if they even exist? Also interested in non-Bosch chargers if Bosch doesn't make these.

I need to charge from an inverter powered by a large 12V battery bank and leaving that system running for 7+ hours isn't feasible most of the time.

First poster here, thanks gang!

Not sure if this helps but this came with our bikes. My 9.8 and the wife’s 9.7 charge in less the 3.5 hours. Bought in SoCal

Thanks! The bosch website says only the 2A is 120, the others are 240 and that is what all the online sellers say as well, tho prob just because they copied from Bosch. I'll order one and see what shows up. Thanks again!

Here are two retailers that have them in stock. I think online sellers are just using a stock image of the 240v charger.
