Levo SL Gen 1 '21 LSL brief power loss

Hey gang, picked up a '21 LSL a few weeks ago and been enjoying it very much. I'm consistently running into an issue on a local climb where the motor briefly shuts off once or twice riding turbo 100/100 in the lowest gear. LBS claims it's a non-issue, basically saying I need to be in a higher gear and/or the sensor is picking up a momentary loss of cadence. Here's a video I took, any thoughts?

Wouldn't say that's normal !!

I'd be looking for a loose connection between the motor/battery.

Less likely, but also check the TCU cable. The symptoms wouldn't suggest it, but if you can't find anything else, possibly changing the TCU battery as a last ditch attempt to rule things out.
