Depends what you are after, if it is to improve the performance then nothing there, bar the tyres, will improve things. If it is just to bling things up get all of them!

LOL! Mainly to drop a bit of weight from the bike if possible

Stem for me is about fit not weight.
Just loose 2 pounds.
I personalize a bike like realy improve the fit the first month.
In my opinion waiting is the solution than upgrade what becomes obvious to you.
My opinion is about my preferences, do not spend on those.
Ride more. This is the #1 subject i read when i visit bikes forums.
I wish i could upgrade to a better rider.

If you're still watching this post.... Put the 160 air shaft assembly in forks, a better rear shock, I just put in marzzochi air on sale for 350 and a big improvement, and if you can afford, carbon wheels. It's huge, especially for this bike. I went with race face next 35 and no looking back. Improves the ride quality immensely.
