Levo Gen 2 2021 Levo Comp 29 questions

Hello,
I picked this bike up 9-30-2022. I have almost 200 miles on it since then.
A few things I have notice that I do not know if are normal or not.
1. I understand that the bike does not assist beyond 20 mph. The issue I have is it actually seems to have motor braking if I try to peddle past it. Is this normal? I'm guessing yes.
2. Without any power, the bike seems to also have motor breaking once peddling past about 10mph. Is this normal? On my last bike I would ride 10 or 15 miles on my own before turning on the power. This one seems to want the power all the time.

Mainly wondering if all this is normal.

I rode a Vado 2.0 (almost the same motor as Levo) that seemed to brake after 20 mph. Software update (and new TCU) corrected the issue. A same vintage Vado 3.0 never did this (but is also set for 28 mph).
