Levo Gen 2 2020 Turbo Levo Battery Error

When I turn the Levo on it says Battery error fault code (with the charge indicator in the red) and then it turns itself off seconds later. I've checked the charge point is clean, the battery itself is dry, anyone know what it could be ?

Check for anything stuck on the plug or receptacle

Had the same issue. Need to have the power cord replaced. It gets kinked...
