Other 2017 Specialized Levo issues

I have a 2017 Specialized Levo and after a full charge I can ride about 45 minutes and the electric assist just stops propelling me forward. All the lights are still on and the charge is still around 5-75%. I can not get it to work until I fully charge the battery? Any Ideas?
now it just has a flashing red light

Thermistor gone bad maybe. Heats up and cuts power to protect the battery
