170+mm dropper on 2019 Turbo Levo

Hi all,

Does anyone happen to know either the seattube max seatpost insertion length of a Large 2019 Carbon or, if a 170+mm dropper will fit? Looking to fit a 175mm transfer seatpost, so I can ride the seat slammed when fully dropped.

I don't know about the 2019 insertion length but I know that on my 2018 I run a 170 mm Brand-X in a L frame and I can have the dropper post almost all the way down apart from approximately 20 mm. From my understanding the 2019 should be better suited for longer travel dropper posts.

For future info, I did some very unscientific research earlier using a tape measure and it appears that there is 280mm of insertion length - just don't take that as official...!
