turbo levo 27.5 wheels

So, I’m really hoping to buy a 27.5 wheel set and put some 3 inch studded tires on my 2021 levocomp for winter riding here in Alaska. I don’t really feel I need a set of carbon wheels but I’m not opposed to them. I also would prefer to spend less than a grand but if someone’s got a good argument...
