Trek Rail - Carbon Frame Crash Damage

What did you do? That is terrifying. I've never owned a carbon frame and never will. Too expensive and to fragile for mountain biking. Clearly.

    Rail (625Wh) 2 treks down 😩

It's because you've left that sticky peel off plastic on the displays. I bet you open a pack of biscuits and only each one too 😃 Seriously though. That sucks! Any idea what's causing it?

Trek Rail - Carbon Frame Crash Damage

The YouTube video explains why this is happening. Sadly all it needs is some tension on the unit that flicks up and hits frame. Weird that it's not done out of the box by Trek! Good luck with warranty.

    Rail (625Wh) Dropper seat post

You are a sarcastic man. Well done. Not sure if you are winding me up here. Of course a low dropper does not inhibit your climbing or balancing on bike- as it goes up and down.

    Rail (625Wh) Dropper seat post

    Rail (625Wh) Dropper seat post

My one up has a noticeable amount of play from left to right. Has not got worse and I guess you don't feel it on the trail- but it is annoying.

That frame looks to small if you need that much seatpost. You must be falling over the handlebars riding that!

I think all brands are the same money grabbing asshats TBH. I had similar experience with Giant.

Trek Rail - Carbon Frame Crash Damage

Don't Trek have a lifetime warranty on frames even if they are damaged due to riding?

As long as it makes you smile I'm down on riding what ever bike tickles ya nuts 🤣 Let's be honest most bikes these days hardly get to see the action they are made for 😂 Seems resell value is the new RAD.
